What is boustrophedon?
Boustrophedon — from the Greek βουστροφηδόν, "ox-turning" — is a style of writing in which alternate lines run in opposite directions, the way an ox turns while ploughing a field. Marbl.Ink lays out your text this way and mirrors the reversed lines, mirroring the letterforms too.
How do I change my password?
Sign in, open your dashboard, and expand the Password section in the Account panel. Enter your current password and a new one to update it.
I forgot my password. What now?
If you can't sign in, email us at contact@marbl.ink from the address on your account and we'll help you regain access.
How do I save and export my work?
Use Save (or Ctrl/Cmd+S) in the editor to store a document to your account. You can also export your work from the File / Export menus as a native .bstf file, PDF (selectable text or exact image), HTML, or plain text.
What are the plan limits?
Usage limits depend on your subscription tier:
- Free — up to 10 documents, 500 lines, and 5 pages per document.
- Basic — up to 100 documents, 5,000 lines, and 50 pages per document.
- Ultra — unlimited documents, lines, and pages.
You can review or change your plan from the Subscription section of your dashboard.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?
Open the Subscription section in your dashboard to start, change, or cancel a subscription. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then returns to Free. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at contact@marbl.ink and we'll delete your account and its data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Is my writing private?
Yes. Documents you save are private to your account. For details on what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.
